Mr & Mrs Totman

Alright guys, here it is! My first blog post in quite awhile. But, I'm happy to say I've got a lot lined up and ready to go!

This wedding is one of my favorites.

Brian and Nayana were an absolutely beautiful couple with such a beautiful story.

Nayana is originally from Brazil. She lost her parents when she was a young girl and was left to fend for herself.

Nayana was later adopted by two wonderful people who would bring her and her siblings to the states to give them a beautiful chance at a new life.

It was a truly incredible, and inspiring story. There was so much love, gratitude and joy at this wedding. The groom, Brian, was one of the most down to earth, kind people you'll ever meet.

His groomsmen were all hilarious, and they made my job an absolute breeze.

Wedding parties can sometimes be the most difficult part of photographing a wedding. It's difficult to get everybody looking at the same thing at one time, while everybody keeps their eyes open and smiles are genuine. This group, had no problems at all. It may have been because they wanted to get out of the cold, but I'm just going to say it was because there just plain awesome.

Brian and Nayana had their portraits taken in the town of Skaneateles, New York. It was a chilly October day, but the rain held off and we were able to get some absolutely gorgeous shots, and even got a glimpse of the sun!

This shot was on of my favorites. I feel like you can just see the love emanating from Brian.

Congratulations, Brian and Nayana! Thank you for choosing me to capture your special day.

Best of wishes as you begin your beautiful journey!
